Arbitration and conciliation

Taking a dispute to court is often a time- and money-consuming option, and the outcome - especially in complex disputes - is not always easy to estimate.

In some cases, arbitration offers a quick and expert alternative. Our firm has expertise both in arbitration itself and in analysing legal arbitrability and its appropriateness.

Professional mediation is a way of resolving disputes where the mediator allows the parties to reach their own resolution of the dispute through reasoned negotiation. Agreements reached after mediation by state-recognised mediators can be homologated and declared enforceable by the Courts.
